Federal and State Reporting
We know that reporting can be tedious, which is why the Integrity Employee Leasing team handles it for you. We provide new hire reporting, Bureau of Labor Statistic reporting, and EEO-1 reporting to the state and federal authorities for all of our clients.
There’s a small window of time to have a new employee reported, which is one of the reasons we get your new employee in our system the same day we receive their enrollment, and we ensure they are reported the same week. Integrity Employee Leasing also takes care of the paperwork it takes to get child support, garnishment, and Tax Levy Administration information taken care of and updated.
State and Unemployment Insurance (SUI)
State unemployment insurance (SUI) is another necessary process that Integrity Employee Leasing can handle for you. We understand how much time these processes can take, and we also understand what little time business owners have to spare. Our trained HR specialists are ready to take on any of your unemployment claims through response of claims and appeal processing. We also can provide you with statement monitoring, in-depth benefit charges, and annual claim activity reports.
401(k)
Integrity Employee Leasing has a multi-client 401(k) program that allows employers to offer a retirement plan to their employees, administered by our HR management team. Integrity also manages the year-end testing and mandatory federal reports to keep the asset contributions ERISA-compliant.
You can participate in Integrity’s sponsored 401(k) plan at a greatly reduced price as compared to a standalone plan. Integrity’s third-party administrator (TPA) is a Full Spectrum Retirement Plan and Integrity’s financial advisor for the plan is Landsberg Bennett Private Wealth Management.
Employee Assistant Program (EAP)
The overall well-being of your employees is incredibly important, and early detection and assistance can help prevent some issues from becoming serious problems. That’s why we provide a free service to you, your employees, and their family members. The Employee Assistant Program (EAP) provides professional counseling for many different issues, including but not limited to:
- Alcohol and drug abuse
- Parenting problems
- Marital and family relationships
- Interpersonal problems on the job
- Stress
- Work-related problems
- Bereavement and loss
- Domestic abuse
- Depression
Employee Benefits
At Integrity Employee Leasing, you will receive employee benefit administration support at no additional cost to you. We work with agents licensed in Florida to find our clients benefits that fit their employees’ needs, from major medical, dental, and disability coverage to life insurance and more. We are constantly searching the state of Florida to provide top-notch benefits to our clients and employees.
If you are interested in obtaining your own group major medical policy to offer your employees, we can get you quotes and set it up. Group major medical insurance is a wonderful benefit for you to provide as an employer. However, please be aware that there are minimum participation requirements and mandatory employer financial contributions with these plans.
Affordable Care Act (ACA)
With no repeal or replacement of the Affordable Care Act, employers need to continue to comply with the rules that are still on the books.
An executive order was issued directing the federal government agencies to minimize the burdens of ACA, but the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has confirmed that the law has not been changed. They clarified that:
“The ACA, its employer mandate, the year-end reporting, and all the rules regarding the benefits a health care plan must offer and who they must offer them to, remain in full force and effect.”
“An applicable large employer is still subject to the employer shared responsibility payment if it fails to offer coverage to a sufficient percentage of its full-time employees in 2017 or if it has a full-time employee who obtains coverage on the insurance marketplaces and receives assistance or a tax credit and the employer’s coverage is not affordable or did not provide minimum value.”
Employers subject to the ACA’s reporting requirements “should prepare to comply and report for 2017 on Forms 1095-C and 1094-C.”
